Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android) returns the "java.lang.RuntimeException: unable to open the database file" error message when syncing a feature with attachments, when the map is downloaded again on the device.

Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.対処法
Upgrade the geodatabase version to a higher release than the 10.3.1 version.
