不具合
Clicking on a web map in Internet Explorer 10 causes the browser window to move to the back of the display if the following conditions are met: 1. The web map contains a feature service layer created from the ArcGIS Online Request Tracking template. 2. Only one tab is open in Internet Explorer (IE). 3. Another window is open in the display, behind IE (another browser, Outlook, and so forth.)
