不具合
Clicking a box for an unselected annotation group on the Annotation Groups tab of the Data Frame Properties dialog box does not select/clear the box--you must click once to select the group, then click again to select the box. In Version 9.3.1, you could just click the box to select/clear it whether the group was selected or not.
