対処法

For DB2:

Create two database connections: a Db2 alias connection and a DSNless connection (instance/port).

In ArcMap, bringing in a layer with the cataloged Db2 alias connection and then bring in a second layer with the DSNless connection when validating the join, results in a cardinality message.
