不具合
Buttons that open metadata geoprocessing tools show a red X with error 000732 for either the Source Metadata or Target Metadata parameter when the selected item is in a geodatabase.

対処法
Click the Browse button next to the parameter with the red X. Navigate to and select the same item, and click Add. The same path to the item is added to the parameter, but the red X goes away.再現の手順
