不具合
Borrowed licenses cannot be returned when a non-default port is specified in the service.txt file. When a port within the range 27000-27009 is used, licenses can be borowed and returned.

NOTE: Ports outside the 27000-27009 range are not supported by Flexnet Publisher in reference to the LMGRD line of the service.txt file. The reason the borrow works and not the return is that when borrowing, the client software is told to go to the specified port. During the return however, the borrowed license is sent back directly to the LMGRD without a reference to the port, so the process will only look for the lmgrd service within the range. If the LMGRD is functioning outside that range, returns will fail. Specifying the port within the range 27000-27009 works fine.再現の手順
