This is by design. The webhook submission is submitting the exact record as provided to the feature service. If the label of a question is desired instead of the data value, the r:choice-name() function can be used in a calculate question to store the label and submit it in the webhook. Alternatively, the Replace function in Microsoft Power Automate (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-replace-substitute) can be used to update the information with the label.再現の手順
