対処法
If the split policy is to be honored, set the field to use the 'Default' policy and clear its attributes before performing the split in ArcGIS Pro.
If BUG-000165218 is encountered, where modifying metadata in ArcGIS Online resets the split policy of fields with specified domains to 'Default', and the intention is to always duplicate the attributes, use the ArcGIS Web Editor instead.
