不具合
Attempted to export a schema from a file geodatabase as an XML file (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/export-xml-workspace-document.htm). Unfortunately, unable to complete the export process due to a recurring general 999999 error.

The issue is reproduced and fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5 (https://devtopia.esri.com/ArcGISPro/Parcels/issues/5072). It was caused by changing the editor tracking field names.
