This is a known limitation after NIM008229 for "ConcurrentModificationException Error occurs when loading WFSConnector in Weblogic 9.2" is fixed in 9.3 (and 9.2 sp3). The workaround solution is to (1) explode the wfsconnector.war or wmsconnector.war to a folder; (2) deploy the folder instead of the war file in WebLogic 9.2.再現の手順
