不具合
arcpy.GetCount generates arcgisscripting.ExecuteError on result objects from arcpy.SelectByAttribute/Location when passed to a feature/map layer.

Use the result object from arcpy.MakeFeatureLayer, its output, or its output name in GetCount.
Or run the SelectBy on the result object from MakeFeatureLayer or the output name and then use that result object in GetCount.
