It is a known limitation for the older version of an ArcGIS Workforce app (version 17.1.0), and it is not in the current product plan. However, SAML logins are working fine in the new version of ArcGIS Workforce (version 20.1.2).対処法
- Use built-in users instead of SAML users.
- Use a different SAML IdP.
