不具合
ArcGIS Survey123 creates duplicate question or field names on a survey which has a 'Single Choice Grid question' when the total length of the question label and initial common characters of 'questions (rows)' is longer than 31 characters.

Once the error shows up, click Save then Publish > Modify Schema and rename the questions manually to remove the duplicates
