Due to BUG-000147050, choice filters do not work with the ArcGIS Survey123 web app. The behavior of the Clear button for the ArcGIS Survey123 field app is as designed. It is not a Reset button which restores the question to the original unanswered state (including choice order); it only sets the question to unanswered.再現の手順
