ArcGIS Survey123 Connect does not restrict publishing a survey form with a question name that includes a dot(.) which leads to multiple errors while accessing the hosted feature layer.

対処法
Delete the fields with field name that includes dot(.) from the Data tab of the hosted feature layer, and clicking the Fields tab.
