This is expected behaviour. By default, ArcGIS Server caches the user and role information from Active Directory or LDAP for 30 minutes in order to improve performance and reduce the number of queries made to the identity store. This time period can be adjusted if desired using the 'minutesToCacheUserRoles' system property.再現の手順
