Windows 10 includes a set of voices for each language installed on the device, but not all of these voices are available to third-party software. Specific voices can be enabled for use in ArcGIS QuickCapture, but this must be done by editing the registry.対処法
Use an Android or iOS version of ArcGIS QuickCapture with the appropriate default language set.
