対処法
- Downgrade to an ArcGIS Pro version prior to 3.6.
- When installing ArcGIS Pro 3.6, the 'ArcGIS Pro Optional Features' window appears and 'ECW Raster Format' is listed as a selection. If that is selected, the .ecw file can be added to ArcGIS Pro without an error.
