対処法

Add '/?locale=fr' (or other appropriate language) to the ArcGIS Open Data site (for example, <a href="http://data.wake.opendata.arcgis.com/?locale=fr" target="_blank">http://data.wake.opendata.arcgis.com/?locale=fr</a>). However, this workaround does not apply to users who are servicing multilingual communities, such as in Canada, where the user preference must be respected.
