The difference in imagery appearance at this coordinate (north lighter, south darker) has to do with the collection date of the scene as provided by Esri's data supplier. The northern section is from June 2017, and the southern is December 2017. These dates can be checked on Esri's Imagery with Metadata map.再現の手順
