Unable to reproduce this issue on the current version of ArcGIS Online (7.1). If you are still experiencing this issue, please re-publish the affected services. The statistics window in Map Viewer should then display the correct values for the SHAPE__Area and SHAPE__Length fields.対処法
Publish the data from ArcMap in the Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere) projection.
