The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
In the settings of the feature service, set these settings:
-What kind of editing is allowed? Only add new features.
-What features can editors edit? Editors can only edit their own features (requires tracking).
-What access do anonymous editors (not signed in) have? Only add new features, if allowed above (requires tracking).
This occasionally works in Internet Explorer but not in Google Chrome.
