This issue is non-reproducible.対処法
Administrators can delete the ArcGIS Hub sites from ArcGIS Online using the following steps:
- Log in to arcgis.com.
- Navigate to Organization > Members > Manage items.
- Browse the user items, and View item details of the site.
- In the Settings tab, uncheck Prevent this item from being accidentally deleted, and delete the site.
