参考情報
This is a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) issue identified in Mission Server version 10.9.1. Upgrading to ArcGIS Mission 11.0 or above is recommended as this JRE issue is resolved in these releases. If unable to upgrade above 10.9.1, a workaround can be provided to manually replace the JRE bundle in ArcGIS Mission Server, but this is not recommended.対処法
Update Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 11.0.11 bundled with ArcGIS Mission Server with JRE 11.0.12 or later.
