参考情報
The spatial reference identifier (SRID) must exist in the SPATIAL_REFERENCES table for it to be accepted. If the spatial reference system needed is not already in the SPATIAL_REFERENCES table, the recommended way to get it there is to open ArcCatalog, connect to the geodatabase, and create a new feature class that uses the desired spatial reference system and ST_Geometry storage.再現の手順
