参考情報

A recent migration of the 'Gallery card' exposes a long‑existing but previously unknown defect. Customers who add 'Gallery card' to a layout, select at least one item in Manual selection, and then switch back to a configuration that uses dynamic filters have a hidden and unexpected organization filter applied to the card’s query. Customers follow the workaround recommendation to adjust the content displayed as expected. A new filter option is added to the 'Gallery card', allowing customers to more easily scope the card’s query to one or many organizations.

対処法

Add the desired content to a Group or apply another filtering mechanism such as a unique tag, and update the 'Gallery card' configuration to filter by that Group, tag, category, or similar criteria.
