不具合
ArcGIS GIS Server writes a statistics file in the default location, C:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgissystem\statistics, after upgrading from ArcGIS Server version 10.9.1 to version 11.1.

対処法
- Edit the statisticsDir field in the arcgis-logsettings.json file in the config-store with the correct path. This can be done immediately after the upgrade.
- Update the statistics lifecycle file in the directories/statistics directory <machineName>lifecycle.dat-l with the entries in the lifecycle file in the default path.
- Restart ArcGIS Server.
