不具合

ArcGIS GeoEvent Processor fails if ArcGIS for Server is configured with a perpetual license. The following error is returned at GeoEvent REST, "Error: ArcGIS GeoEvent Extension for Server is not licensed. Contact System Administrator to have a license installed."
