On July 1, 2017 Esri retired ArcGIS for Windows Mobile. Esri encourages customers to migrate mobile field editing projects to Collector for ArcGIS or other ArcGIS apps available at [http://www.esri.com/software/apps].対処法
Download the Location API Connection Extension for AGM 10.1.1 (Windows) on the device. Once downloaded, extract the contents to the device following the instructions provided in the URL.
