A patch has been released for the ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition version 1.16. The patch package can be downloaded through this link: https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-experience-builder-sdk-resources/tree/master/patches.対処法
Add the service as a layer and do not try to access it from the web map. Data tab > Add Data > Filter by 'Layers' > Select the service.
