対処法
If possible for the organization, change the 'SSL enabled' property for the datastore on the original machine from 'False' to 'true' prior to migrating, by doing the following:
- In command prompt change directories to <ArcGIS Data Store installation directory>\datastore\tools.
- Run 'Changedbproperties --store --relational --enablessl true'.
- Run 'Describedatastore' to confirm the 'SSL enabled' property was changed.
- Proceed with the migration workflow.
