不具合
ArcGIS API for Python assigns a new item ID to VectorTileService when adding the service to a web map. This item ID is unrecognized by Portal when accessing the layer, and returns the following message, "The item you requested cannot be found. The item may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect URL."
