This is a limitation in Map Viewer Classic that will not be addressed. Map Viewer Classic is now deprecated (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). It is noted in the issue that the issue is not reproducible in Map Viewer (ArcGIS JavaScript SDK 4.x). It is recommended to use Map Viewer for the user's workflows.対処法
- Have the ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS both public-facing for this setup.
