不具合

[ArcCatalog on Windows machine, ArcGIS Server on any OS] - Cannot establish Internet based connection using Server URL (for example, http://techno.esri.com:8399/arcgis/services) due to “Class not registered” error. Adding this type of connection works on some Windows machines but not others even when the ArcGIS Desktop build number is identical on both machines.
