参考情報
Simple views are based on simple feature types and do not render circular arcs or true curves, but the densified representation stored in the view's shape column. If the view is registered with the geodatabase (and in the case of Oracle Spatial, PostGIS, or SQL Server Geometry/Geography data, includes the anno_cad_data or gdb_geomattr_data column) then the circular arc will be rendered. See BUG-000108065 for more information. This was addressed for all platforms in ArcGIS Pro 2.3 / ArcMap 10.7.再現の手順
