Appending records to a related table in a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online fails without a detailed error message if the relationships are composite and the appended records are not related to an existing feature in the hosted layer when the 'Include attachments' option is enabled.

The dialog hanging after the append failure in Step 9 has been fixed and will be available with the next ArcGIS Online update. Open a separate enhancement request to surface better error messages when the append job fails. The current behavior of displaying a generic failure message in this case is by design.再現の手順
