- Create a service definition file (Refer to the link: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/save-a-service-definition-for-a-map-service.htm) and publish the map service using the *.sd-file.
- Change the regional settings and/or display language to U.S. and English.
