This is being marked as designed because the ArcGIS project file (.aprx) is external to the current project. When referencing the project in the application, using CURRENT is recommended. When referencing an external project, it is best to run the script outside of the application. In other words, CURRENT is designed to work directly with ArcGIS Notebooks, the Python window, or script tools in the application. Use external Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as IDLE, the Jupyter Notebook, Wing, and others when testing stand-alone scripts.対処法
Use the CURRENT keyword.
