An Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS app in ArcGIS Online is unable to load embedded apps when shared to a group and accessed by a group member from a different organization that the app is created in.

Hello, Unfortunately this is a limitation with ArcGIS Online that effects other applications like Storymaps and Web App Builder. I can see that there is an open support issue related to that larger issue. When that issue is fixed, we can explore putting in a fix for Dashboard. Closing this issue for now.対処法
