An ArcGIS for Server image service published from a mosaic dataset defaults to a black or white color ramp when the image is stretched in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS.

This is a known limitation. When user-defined stretch is specified from the ArcGIS Online map viewer, a stretch function is used and thus generates a new legend. The workaround for this issue is provided in the Workaround section.対処法
1. Add a dataset to ArcMap and use the layer's symbology tab to configure a proper stretch and color ramp.2. On the Symbology tab, save the renderer as a template.3. In the Catalog window, go to the mosaic dataset's property page, and add the mosaic dataset to the Processing templates list.4. Publish.5. Select the template in ArcGIS Online map viewer.再現の手順
