Transparent backgrounds appear black in most programs. Before ArcGIS Pro 3.1, animations were failing to honor transparent backgrounds. If a different background color is desired in the final animation, it is recommended that the color be set in the map properties.対処法
Set the background color to white or export the file in GIF format. Then open it using Internet Explorer or another program that defaults transparency to another color.
