不具合
After updating ArcGIS Field Maps from 25.2.0 to 25.2.5 or 25.3.0 on iOS, the sideload basemap or basemap item is no longer accessible causing the “Unable to Open”, “The basemap basemap.tpk wasn't found on your device." error.

参考情報
The fix is applied to new offline areas created at ArcGIS Field Maps 25.3.1 or newer. It does not address existing offline areas from earlier versions.対処法
Sync edit from Browse if there are unsynced edits and re-download again.
