After unlocking a device that locked for 15 minutes and paired with a Trimble R1/R2 receiver, Collector Classic for ArcGIS loses and cannot update location information.

Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.対処法
Completely close Collector Classic for ArcGIS and reopen it for the location information to display again.
