After the June 2025 update, map image services referenced in ArcGIS Experience Builder allow for all export options to be selected under the 'Format options' menu of the Data panel.

This is the designed behavior and not a bug for the following reasons: 1. These are newly supported export formats in the June 2025 release. 2. The design is to display all supported formats when configuring export settings for multiple layers. 3. Even if the data doesn't support exporting all features to a shapefile (due to lack of create replica support), users can still export selected features to shapefile and other formats.再現の手順
