不具合
After the February 2024 release of ArcGIS Online, when the hosted feature service name contains Japanese characters, the error message "404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.“ is returned in the ArcGIS REST Services Directory.
