When silently installing ArcGIS Data Interoperability, the ALLUSERS parameter must be explicitly specified on the command line. When the command line executable does not see this parameter by default, ALLUSERS=2 will be the INSTALLCONTEXT of Data Interoperability in ArcGIS Pro. For a per-machine installation, ALLUSERS=1; for a per-user installation, ALLUSERS=2.対処法
Use the setup user interface to manually install ArcGIS Pro 3.3 with ArcGIS Data Interoperability.
