After setting the display units to degrees minutes seconds in the data frame no other display unit options can be displayed in the status bar.

Set the data frame to anything other than DD, then get back into the data frame properties to set it to DD. Going straight from DMS to DD doesn't work, but going from DMS > any other unit > DD works.再現の手順
