不具合
After publishing the shapefile as a map service with different paths for publisher and server, service workspaces in ArcGIS Server Manager still show the publisher path in the replaced folder.

対処法
Change "onServerConnectionString" Value in ...\arcgisserver\config-store\services\<FolderName>\<ServiceName>.MapServer\esriinfo\manifest\manifest.json to server path.
"onServerConnectionString": "DATABASE=C:\\temp\\BUG-000146870_server".
