ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence is not designed to be a tab on the ArcGIS Pro ribbon. ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence is a separate launch icon, and a different interface. Esri is integrating ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence into ArcGIS Pro. In ArcGIS Pro 2.5, the Intelligence geoprocessing toolbox is added. In ArcGIS Pro 2.6, link charts/link analysis is also added. Also, ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence is now an option in the ArcGIS Pro installer (no separate installer required).対処法
