不具合
After exporting a hosted feature service from ArcGIS Online in any format (SHP, FGDB, KML, XLSX...), the CreationDate and EditDate as well as any other date/time fields are off by minus one hour, in this case UTC rather than UTC+1.

There is no issue and the workflow works as designed. ArcGIS Online stores dates in UTC but when displayed the date is converted to local time.対処法
